What to Expect- Your Journey at Rohl Academy

We begin with a warm and open conversation to learn about your child’s strengths, challenges, and goals. This 30 to 45-minute session is an opportunity to connect, ask questions, and begin shaping a plan that’s as unique as your child.

Next, we conduct a thoughtful, in-depth evaluation using research-based tools to understand your child’s current levels in their targeted areas- literacy, math, and executive functioning. The results help us identify learning gaps and strengths, coupled with our consultation intake questions, ensuring we meet your child where they are—and set the right path forward.

Based on the assessment, we design a tailored learning plan with clear academic or executive functioning goals. Whether your child is catching up, seeking a challenge, or navigating learning differences, we create a roadmap that’s both ambitious and achievable.

Your child will work 1:1 with Dr. Rohl, an educator who blends evidence-based strategies with compassionate teaching. Every session is structured to maximize growth while fostering motivation, confidence, independence, and self-belief.

After each week of instruction, you’ll receive a concise email update highlighting what was covered, how your child is progressing, and any recommended at-home support. We believe parents deserve to feel informed, empowered, and included.

We’ve made payments simple through our secure online platform, Clover. You can purchase a package upfront, receive a receipt instantly, and track session usage with clarity and ease.

Every ten sessions, we pause to review progress and refresh goals. You’ll receive a written update, and we’ll schedule a quick call or Zoom to celebrate wins and recalibrate where needed. Growth isn’t linear—and we stay flexible and responsive throughout the journey.
